Technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, and page interaction data is collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools for security and service optimization purposes.
Your data is used to: (a) respond to your demo requests and inquiries; (b) send product updates, newsletters, and relevant B2B iGaming communications — only where you have given explicit opt-in consent; (c) improve our platform and website experience; (d) fulfill contractual obligations with B2B partners. We do not sell personal data to any third party. Data may be shared with certified sub-processors (e.g. email delivery services, CRM platforms) strictly under data processing agreements and only as required to deliver our services.

We only send email communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in via our contact form or another verified consent mechanism. Each consent record is timestamped and stored with source, IP address, and the exact consent language shown at time of opt-in. Every email we send includes a clear, functioning unsubscribe link. Clicking unsubscribe removes you from all marketing communications within 10 business days. You may also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@truetrust.tech with subject "Unsubscribe". We maintain a permanent suppression list to ensure no further contact after opt-out.

All data in transit and at rest is protected with TLS 1.3 / AES-256 encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced via role-based access controls and two-factor authentication. We retain contact and business data for the duration of the relationship and up to 5 years thereafter for legal and financial compliance. Upon a verified deletion request, personal data is purged from all active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

We use a limited number of trusted sub-processors to operate our services, including email delivery platforms, CRM tools, and cloud infrastructure providers. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28. We do not permit sub-processors to use your data for their own purposes. TrueTrust.tech may transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where such transfers occur, we ensure adequate protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. We do not transfer data to jurisdictions without adequate protection unless contractual safeguards are in place.
